Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Smoovly → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open Smoovly → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers.
I was charged but my subscription isn't active.
Email support@smoovlyapp.com with your Apple receipt (Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → Account → Purchase History) and we'll resolve it within 1 business day.
The app isn't loading or keeps crashing.
Force-quit Smoovly and reopen it. If the issue persists, email support@smoovlyapp.com with your iOS version and device model.
